How long have you been a Dj?
I have been a DJ since 2003, working at private parties and karaoke events. In 2019, I founded Epic Sounds, building on those skills to expand into stage production, proms, and holiday parties.
Do you take song requests?
I will make sure to ask this specifically, and, for the most part, I will accommodate your guests.
Can we give you a
Do Not Play list?
Yes! I’d love for you to share that with me. My main goal is to bring your vision to life, and that definitely includes the music!
Do you have insurance?
I certainly do! This is very important for many venues, and I can provide my coverage details to venues or coordinators as needed.
Do you send other DJ's
I don’t have other DJs working under my company name. I will be the person you work with throughout the entire process.
How long does it take to set up and tear down?
Depending on the features you've selected for your event, setup can take 1-2 hours, and tear-down takes about 1 hour. I arrive well before the start time and will go over all the details during our pre-event meeting.
Will you be on the microphone?
Yes, I will make sure your event flows smoothly. Throughout the event, I’ll make announcements to keep everything on schedule and provide direction as needed.
Do you tailor your playlist to fit the crowd vibe?
Absolutely! For each event, I’ll review our planning notes on your song preferences and curate a playlist based on your likes and dislikes. I’ll also make live adjustments to keep you and your guests entertained with my mixes and song selections!
